UX Research Toolkit
These tools are the artifacts of a consistent practice -- building organizational research capability at every company I have worked for.
At every organization I have joined, I have built research infrastructure from scratch -- intake forms, methodology guides, workshop templates, feedback systems. The resources below represent the toolkit I have developed across the French Ministry of Defense, Jellyfish/BrandTech Group, and Marigold/Zeta Global. They are designed to make research-informed design the default way of working, not a one-off event.
